The request for extension of time to file a statement of use (extension request) filed on December 22, 2014, meets the minimum filing requirements and is provisionally accepted. However, although the extension request was properly signed, the required date of signing was omitted. See 37 C.F.R. §§2.33, 2.89(a)(3), (b)(3); TMEP §§804.01(b), 1108.02(b). Accordingly, applicant must specify the date the extension request was signed.
Applicant is encouraged to telephone the undersigned with the date of signing to expedite the processing of the extension request.
Applicant’s response to this Office action must be received in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) within thirty (30) days from the issuance date of this letter or before expiration of the current extension period.
