The attached substitute specimen was in use in commerce during the relevant period for filing the 6-year Section 8.  The substitute specimen is a photograph of a black vehicular tire on which the Mark is branded. The branded Mark (also in black) is attempted to be made cleaner than as originally submitted to appear more clearly in the digitized image.
