The recitations of services are indefinite and must be clarified because some of the services appear to be misclassified and not clearly and precisely described. See TMEP §1402.01. Applicant may adopt the following identification, if accurate:

Class 35: Consulting in the field of presentations of trade show booths; providing a live forum for companies to present product displays and advertisements; retail store services featuring custom tradeshow exhibits, namely, booths;

Class 40: Assembly of tradeshow exhibits, namely, booths;

Class 42: Design of tradeshow exhibits, namely, booths; Consulting in the field of design of trade show booths.

Please note that, while the identification of services may be amended to clarify or limit the services, adding to the services or broadening the scope of the services is not permitted. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); TMEP §1402.06. Therefore, applicant may not amend the identification to include services that are not within the scope of the services set forth in the present identification.
