In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

The specimen submitted to support the Section 8 and 9 Affidavits was not acceptable as a webpage specimen because it did not include the required date accessed or date printed. The Owner responds herein by submitting a verified statement, in a signed affidavit or supported by a declaration under 37 C.F.R. ?2.20, specifying the URL of the original webpage specimen and the date it was accessed or printed. It is understood that no deficiency fee is necessary with the submission of the verified statement. In view of the verified statement specifying the URL of the original webpage specimen and the date it was accessed or printed, it is respectfully requested that the Section 8 and 9 Affidavits be accepted.
