EXPLANATION OF FILING
This is to request a correction to the subject registration. Registrant requests that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office correct Registrant's name from "Portland PR Ltd." to "Portland PR Limited". Registrant inadvertently misstated in the original application that its name was "Portland PR Ltd.". There is only one relevant company. The company name is and always as been "Portland PR Limited". "Portland PR Ltd." did not exist as a legal entity on the application filing date, or any other date (as per TMEP 1201.02(c)). This was an inadvertent and non-material error that occurred in good faith. The required fee for this correction in the amount of $100 is submitted herewith. Registrant respectfully requests that the correction be accepted.
