| This is in response to the post-registration office action issue on August 7, 2019. In the post-registration office action, the examiner indicates that the Sections 8
& 15 Combined Affidavit filed on June 24, 2019 has been provisionally refused because it was filed in the name of GHP Group, Inc. though the chain of title reflects Greenway Home Products Limited
as the owner. In addition, the examiner states that, "[i]f the present owner chooses to record the appropriate documents with the Assignment Services Branch, the documents must be recorded before
expiration of the time for filing a response ... [and] you must notify the undersigned when the documents have been recorded."
In response, the owner of the registration hereby notifies the examiner that a nunc pro tunc trademark assignment was recorded with the USPTO’s Assignment Services Branch on November 11,
2019. Copies of the assignment agreement and filing receipt are attached hereto as Exhibit A. As reflected in the assignment agreement, ownership of the captioned registration has been transferred
from Greenway Home Products Limited to GHP Group, Inc. Accordingly, the owner requests that the Sections 8 & 15 Combined Affidavit now be approved by the examiner.
