In the ID, “organizing social events, namely, parties and sporting tournaments” is outside the scope of the foreign registration, which is limited to “sporting tournaments, namely, hockey, football, soccer, golf and baseball”. Need to require that the tournaments be specified as listed in the foreign registration. |
