The description of the mark has been amended as follows:
The mark consists of a design comprising a star and stripes with the wording “USA FED 180º FROM BANKING” underneath the design.

The application has been amended to claim Section 2(f) in part for the wording “USA” as follows:
The “USA” portion of the mark has become distinctive of the services as evidenced by ownership of U.S. Registration Nos. 2991386 and 2991387 on the Principal Register for the same mark for related services.
