AMENDMENT:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Edward D. Lanquist, Jr. on February 25, 2009, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned examining attorney immediately if there is an objection to the amendment.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.

 

If the identification of goods has been amended, please note that any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a) and TMEP §1402.07(e).

 

(I)                 The identification of goods in International Class 007 is amended to read as follows:  “NURSERY AND PLANTING MACHINES, NAMELY, SEEDERS, SEED CLEANERS, POT FILLERS, COMPRESSED BALE BUSTERS, BAGGERS, FLAT FILLERS, TRAY FILLERS, CONVEYORS, TAGGERS, TRAY DISPENSERS, POT DISPENSERS, ACCUMULATOR MACHINE TABLES, HOPPERS, DIBBLING MACHINES, SOIL MIXERS, SHREDDERS, FLUFFERS, POTTING MACHINES, AUTOMATED TRANSPLANTERS, TRAY SEPARATORS, ROBOTIC FLAT HANDLERS, PELLETIZING MACHINES, VIBRATORY SCREEN SEPARATORS FOR PEAT, ROSE WRAPPERS, GRINDERS, MACHINES FOR PRIMARILY GRINDING HOUSEHOLD WASTE INTO RECYCLABLE MATERIALS, AS WELL AS HEATING AND STEAMING HOUSEHOLD WASTE, MIXING AND TRANSPLANTING SYSTEMS COMPRISED PRIMARILY OF MIXING MACHINES AND AGRICULTURAL MACHINES FOR TRANSPLANTING PLANTS, AND PACKAGING MACHINES; ORDNANCE DEFORMERS, NAMELY, BENDING MACHINES, FOR MILITARY APPLICATIONS.”  TMEP §1402.01(e).

 

(II)              The identification of goods in International Class 011 is amended to read as follows:  “WATERING SYSTEMS, NAMELY, IRRIGATION SPRINKLERS; MACHINES FOR PRIMARILY HEATING AND STREAMING HOUSEHOLD WASTE INTO RECYCLABLE MATERIALS, AS WELL AS GRINDING HOUSEHOLD WASTE, FOR USE IN NURSERIES.”  TMEP §1402.01(e).
