Amendment to the Identification of Goods

 

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows: 

 

Custom manufactured and fabricated non-ceramic building materials, namely, glass, mirrored glass, marble, granite, limestone, onyx and semi-precious incorporated natural stone panels and slabs used for flooring, wall panels, ceilings, fireplace surrounds, countertops and furniture, namely, tables, cabinets and display units for use in upscale residential, corporate and commercial buildings, including retail stores, showrooms, museums, restaurants, hotels and casinos, in International Class 19  MEP §1402.01(e).

No claim is made to the exclusive right to use “COPPER” apart from the mark as shown.
