The specimen submitted for the Class 7 goods was objected to because "the mark on the specimen disagrees with the mark on the drawing".
Applicant respectfully submits that the present application was filed as a word mark in "typed" form and that the specimen showing use of the mark SBP in a slighly styllized form should be an
acceptable specimen. Applicant respectfully maintains that the present application for SBP is in standard character format (and not a stylized mark as inadvertently indicated on the filing receipt).
If needed, Applicant includes the standard character claim in this application: "The mark is presented in standard character format without claim to any particular font style, size or color."
Applicant therefore respectfully submits that this application is in standard character form and the specimen submitted for the Class 7 goods should now be acceptable. By this amendment, Applicant
has cancelled the goods in classes 1 and 9. Thus, reconsideration and withdrawl of the objections to this application are earnestly solicited. |

Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 001 for Chemical preparations for galvanic plating in the surface treatment of metals, polymers and semiconductors; chemical solutions and preparations used in metal galvanizing baths;
tempering chemicals for use in metalworking or soldering
Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 009 for Electric apparatus and instruments for conduction, switching, transforming, accumulation, regulating or controlling electricity used for the surface treatment of metals, polymers, and
