OFFICE SEARCH: The examining attorney has searched the Office’s database of registered and pending marksand has found no conflicting marks thatwould bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). 15 U.S.C. §1052(d); TMEP §704.02.

AMENDMENT: The trademark examining attorney is amending the application as follows. No prior approval or authorization from applicant or applicant’s attorney is required. TMEP §707.02.

If the identification of goods and/or services has been amended, please note that any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a) and TMEP §1402.07(e).

The identification of services is amended to correct the typographical error and reads as follows: “interactive entertainment software, namely, interactive video game programs, interactive multimedia computer game programs, computer game software, computer game cartridges, computer game discs, interactive video games of virtual reality comprised of computer hardware and software; downloadable software for use in connection with computer games; computer game software for use with communication devices and mobile telephones; computer and video game apparatus, namely, video game machines for use with televisions; pre-recorded audio and video tapes featuring music; laser discs, video discs, phonograph records, compact discs, and cd-roms featuring games, films, and music; gaming machines.” TMEP §1402.01(e).
