The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 3500535 WE PUT OUR HEARTS IN HOME CARE(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/76678990/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING

Registrant requests correction of the name of registrant in the registration.

The application was originally filed, mistakenly, in the name of BJC Healthcare. But, no such entity as BJC Healthcare has ever existed. The correct identity of the registrant is BJC Health System, which is a Missouri non-profit corporation.

The application was mistakenly filed in the name of BJC Healthcare because BJC Healthcare is a trade name under which the true registrant BJC Health System does business. Therefore, the registration should actually be in the name of BJC Health System, DBA BJC Healthcare.

As described in TMEP 1201.02(c), this is an example of a Correctable Error. Specifically, Paragraph (1) of the Correctable Errors section of TMEP 1201.02(c), "Trade Name Set Forth as Applicant," accurately describes this situation, because the trade name BJC Healthcare was set forth as the applicant. In addition, Paragraph (7) of the Correctable Errors section of TMEP 1201.02(c), "Non-Existent Entity," accurately describes this situation, because BJC Healthcare did not exist on the application filing date (and, in fact, has never existed).

Thus, Registrant requests that the registrant be identified as "BJC Health System, DBA BJC Healthcare." BJC Health System is a Missouri non-profit corporation.
