The only amendment permitted in the time period between issuance of the notice of allowance and the submission of the Statement of Use is an amendment to delete goods or services. 37 C.F.R. §2.77. Therefore, the document will not be acted upon by the trademark examining attorney until a Statement of Use meeting the minimum filing requirements is submitted. TMEP §1107.
