To whom it may concern,

This is too add to the current petition because I didn't state the following:

1 - We ( Tesoro Electronics Inc. ) did not recieve the office action dated January 18, 2014. 

2 - The sustitue specimen was in use in commerce during the relevant period for filing the 6-year Section 8.

The specimen will be re-summitted just in case we need to do that because it's not mentioned and I don't want this turned down again due to not re-summitting the trademark.

I hope this is complete.
