The assigned trademark examining attorney has reviewed the referenced application and has determined the following:
The Office records have been searched and no similar registered or pending mark has been found that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. §1052(d). TMEP §704.02.
However, the applicant MUST respond to the following requirement:
The wording “silicone derivatives of acetylenic based compounds used as raw materials in the formulation of personal care and industrial products, as lubricants, emollients and conditioners” in the identification of goods needs clarification because it is too broad and could include goods classified in other international classes. In addition, the identification of goods is indefinite, as it appears to identify both raw materials and the finished goods of lubricants, emollients and conditioners. TMEP §§1402.01 and 1402.03.
The applicant may adopt the following identification of goods, if accurate:
International Class 001: “Silicone derivatives of acetylenic based compounds used as raw materials in the formulation of personal care and industrial products, namely, lubricants, emollients and conditioners.”
International Class 003: “Skin emollients, {specify hair or skin} conditioners.”
International Class 004: “Industrial lubricants.”
International Class 005: “Silicone-based personal lubricants.”
Please note that, while the identification of goods may be amended to clarify or limit the goods, adding to the goods or broadening the scope of the goods is not permitted. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); TMEP §1402.06. Therefore, applicant may not amend the identification to include goods that are not within the scope of the goods set forth in the present identification.

If applicant prosecutes this application as a combined, or multiple-class application, then applicant must comply with each of the requirements below for those goods and/or services based on actual use in commerce under Trademark Act Section 1(a):
(1) Applicant must list the goods/services by international class with the classes listed in ascending numerical order;
(2) Applicant must submit a filing fee for each international class of goods and/or services not covered by the fee already paid (current fee information should be confirmed at http://www.uspto.gov); and
(3) For each additional class of goods and/or services, applicant must submit:
(a) dates of first use of the mark anywhere and dates of first use of the mark in commerce, or a statement that the dates of use in the initial application apply to that class; the dates of use, both anywhere and in commerce, must be at least as early as the filing date of the application;
(b) one specimen showing use of the mark for each class of goods and/or services; the specimen must have been in use in commerce at least as early as the filing date of the application;
(c) a statement that “the specimen was in use in commerce on or in connection with the goods and/or services listed in the application at least as early as the filing date of the application;” and
(d) verification of the statements in 3(a) and 3(c) in an affidavit or a signed declaration under 37 C.F.R. §2.20. (NOTE: Verification is not required where (1) the dates of use for the added class are stated to be the same as the dates of use specified in the initial application, or (2) the original specimens are acceptable for the added class.)

The filing fee for adding classes to an application is as follows:
(1) $325 per class, when the fees are submitted with a response filed online via the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) at http://www.gov.uspto.report/teas/index.html; and
(2) $375 per class, when the fees are submitted with a paper response.

Response Guidelines:
Please note that there is no required format or form for responding to this Office action. However, applicant should include the following information on all correspondence with the Office: (1) the name and law office number of the examining attorney; (2) the serial number of this application; (3) the mailing date of this Office action; and, (4) applicant's telephone number.
When responding to this Office action, applicant must make sure to respond in writing to each refusal and requirement raised. If there is a refusal to register the proposed mark, then applicant may wish to argue against the refusal, i.e., explain why it should be withdrawn and why the mark should register. Applicant must also sign and date its response.
Applicant may wish to hire a specialist attorney to assist in prosecuting this application because of the technicalities involved. The Office cannot aid in the selection of a trademark attorney. 37 C.F.R. §2.11.
