This letter responds to the applicant's communication filed on 11/21/07. The applicant amended the identification of goods, claimed ownership of two registered marks, and argued that the mark listed as a potential bar to registration should itself not be registered.
The potential refusal to register the mark in view of pending Serial No. 78476557 is withdrawn.
AMENDMENT: In accordance with the authorization granted by the applicant’s attorney, Rosalyn Bazzelle, on November 27, 2007, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately if there is an objection to the amendment. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707.
