SUSPENSION PROCEDURE: This suspension notice serves to suspend action on the application for the reason specified below. No response is needed. 37.C.F.R.§2.67. The Office will conduct periodic status checks to determine if suspension remains appropriate.

Registration has been refused based on the cited duplicate registration (see the attached registration). However, the statement of non-use for the registered mark is currently being reviewed by post-registration. If the cited duplicate registration is cancelled, then it will no longer present a bar to registration. Pending the outcome of that review, this application is suspended for 6 months.
