AMENDMENT: In accordance with the authorization granted by June 26, 2008 on Jeffrey Molinoff, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately if there is an objection to the amendment.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.

 

If the identification of goods or services has been amended, please note that any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. 2.71(a); TMEP section 1402.07(e).

 

The recitations of goods and services in the application have been deleted and substituted with the following:

 

Class 9 network-based computer hardware and software for the telecommunications industry used to provide hosted roaming services;

 

Class 35 business consulting services directed to telecommunications companies; managed service operations, namely, management of a network of telecommunications roaming service platforms for others; and billing services, namely, tracking calls routed over cellular telecommunications networks and providing the information to the network providers in order for the callers to be billed;

 

Class 38 providing fixed and mobile telephone services; providing telephone roaming services; real-time voice, video, audio, and data transmission; voice, video, audio, and data transmission via the Internet; communication services, namely, providing multiple-user access to a global communication information network; and routing cellular calls over the networks of various cellular telecommunications providers; and

 

Class 42 custom development, design, and integration of telecommunication systems for others.
