The Office action issue/mailing date was March 1, 2007, and a response was due on or before September 4, 2007 (September 1, 2007 falling on a Saturday and that Monday being a Federal holiday, leaving September 4, 2007 as the next business day). However, the response was filed on September 12, 2007.
