Applicant’s name includes the designation LLC.  Applicant’s entity type is listed as acorporation  In every state which provides for an LLC, the acronym means “limited liability company.”   Applicant must correct this inconsistency.  TMEP §803.03.

 

Standard Character Claim

 

Applicant must submit the following standard character claim:  “The mark consists of standard characters without claim to any particular font, style, size, or color.”  37 C.F.R. §2.52(a); TMEP §807.03(a).
