The owner of this mark, Rim Tec Inc. would like to correct the Certificate of Registration by amending the company name, due to a clerical error. The name in the existing certificate has been misspelled RIMTEC INC., while the correct name should be spelled Rim Tec Inc.

The owner of this mark was an Arizona corporation and changed its citizenship on 05/01/2013, becoming a Delaware corporation, an Assignment will be filed today with the USPTO for this reason.
