The mark consists of: the characters "PLUG N PLAY AUDIO" in stylized type. The letters of the name "PLUG N PLAY AUDIO" are all uppercase. The letters form a semi-circle above a darkened circle that contains a drawing of a head of a man with sunglasses.
Deletion Of Claim Of Ownership
The applicant’s claim of ownership of Application Serial No. 76628886 will not be printed on any registration that may issue from this application because only claims of ownership of pertinent live registrations are printed.
