AMENDMENT(S) AUTHORIZED: As authorized by JOHN C. CAVE on June 27, 2006, the application is amended as noted below. The examining attorney amends applicant’s application to reflect the following standard character claim: “The mark is presented in standard characters without claim to any particular font style, size, or color.” 37 C.F.R. §2.52(a).
