To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 76651188 has been amended as follows:

Current: COMBOFREE (Stylized and/or with Design)
Proposed (USPTO generated image): COMBO FREE (Standard Characters, see mark)

The mark consists of standard characters, without claim to any particular font, style, size, or color.

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Applicant maintains that the mark on the specimen agrees with the mark of the drawing, but in order to expedite the application, please amend the drawing as stated herein to change the mark from one word to two words. This is not a material alteration of the mark. The mark is unitary and creates the same commercial impression regardless of whether it is one word, or two words.

Applicant submits that all objections have been overcome, and that the application should be approved for registration.
