Current identification: combination electric lantern, flashlight and LED/AM/FM weather band radio with inclement weather warning system, dynamo-powered and rechargeable capabilities, sold as a unit

This entire class is to either be deleted from the application OR processed according to a separately filed Request to Divide.

The mark was first used by the applicant, or the applicant's related company, licensee, or predecessor in interest at least as early as 08/31/2005, and first used in commerce at least as early as 08/31/2005, and is now in use in such commerce. The applicant is submitting one specimen for the class showing the mark as used in commerce on or in connection with any item in the class, consisting of a(n) Scanned picture of website, which displays use of trademark in direct connection of sale of product. Said product can be purchased directly from website. Page 2 is a jpg of an enlarged copy of the first specimen showing the trademark and design more clearly for the Examiner?s convenience..
