Amendment of Classification:
The application is amended to classify the goods “Emergency shut down device for pipelines, industrial facilities, power plants and oil and gas installations, namely, pump control valves” in International Classes 009. 37 C.F.R. §2.85; TMEP §1401.03(b). The goods and/or services will thus be listed as follows:
International Class 009:
Automatic shut-down devices for fluid and gas flow in conduits, namely, electronic, pneumatic or hydraulic control valves for controlling gas or fluids; mechanical devices used to close tubular members positioned subsurface and above surface, namely, automatic valves; Emergency shut down device for pipelines, industrial facilities, power plants and oil and gas installations, namely, pump control valves.
