EXPLANATION OF FILING
Registrant submits this amendment to the existing mark to re-position the literal word elements "five"
(with backwards facing "f") and "four" to be displayed horizontally on a straight-line on either side of the
reversible "f" symbol, as opposed to vertically with the "five" on top of the "four" with the reversible "f" at the
bottom right, and to increase the size of the reversible "f" relative to the "five" and "four", while removing
some curvature from the font. This alternation is not material as it includes the precise same elements as the
existing mark, but simply re-positions and re-sizes those elements. The alteration contains the essence of the
existing mark and does not create a materially different impression in the mind of the consumer. Registrant
respectfully requests that this request be granted.
