(“Girardier”). Applicant notes that Girardier’s application was recently amended so that the recitation of services no longer makes any reference to insurance
services or any other services that could arguably be deemed related to the services set forth in Applicant’s application for MBA. For this reason, and because the
parties’ respective marks create very different commercial impressions when compared in their entireties, Girardier’s mark should not bar registration of Applicant’s
mark. |
