On February 26, 2008, a letter was mailed to you providing thirty (30) days to complete the petition by submitting the petition fee and verified statement of the facts. No response was received within the 30 day period to respond. A letter was submitted by fax on March 31, 2008. This letter requested additional time to file the petition. Your request for an extension of time to file the petition is denied. No additional time can be granted.
Furthermore, as indicated in the letter sent to you, your petition was likely to be denied on the merits. After an application is abandoned for an incomplete response, you would have needed to establish clear error by the examining attorney is holding the application abandoned. A reviw of the record does not show any such error.
