We request a correction.  The Ownership's State of Incorporation is incorrect, the correct State of Incorporation for Veris Industries LLC is Delaware.  When the application was filed in 2005 the Ownership's State of Incorporation was mistakenly listed as Oregon.  Veris Industries LLC was created in 1999 as a Delaware company and has always been a Delaware company.
