Response to Office Action for Post-Registration Matters

To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

The following is submitted for registration number. 3081426

FORM INFORMATION

The Post Registration Division rejected the Sections 8 & 9 Renewal Application submitted on April 20, 2016 during the grace period because the Registrant did not submit $200 to cover the grace period fee for one class.  Inadvertently the Registrant did not pay the grace period fee of $200 for one class for Sections 8 & 9.  The Registrant would like to thank the Office for attention to this matter and is submitting the payment for $200 herewith.

In addition the Office Action states that the Registrant must submit a $100 deficiency surcharge fee.  Therefore, Registrant is paying a total of $100 herewith online since the filing of this Response to the Post Registration Office Action is being submitted after the grace period deadline of October 18, 2016. 

Thus, a total of $300 is being submitted online herewith.

The filer has elected to bypass the checkbox indicating that a substitute specimen was in use in commerce during the relevant period for filing the 6-year or 10-year Section 8/71.
