EXPLANATION OF FILING
This Section 7 Request for Amendment is being submitted to request correction of the current street name from "Towne Center Drive" to "Towne Centre Drive" listed for the Owner's address of U.S. Registration No. 3,081,426. This correction is necessary because the original trademark application contained a typographical error. Accordingly, the current Owner CliniComp International, Inc. requests a new Certificate of Registration be issued to reflect the correct the street name of "Towne Centre Drive".
