In addition to all of the substantive issues and informalities raised in the previously issued Office Action issued in October 2005, which are incorporated by reference herein, applicant must also correct the following issue.  Please note that applicant must respond to all issues raised in this Office Action, as well as the previous Office Action of October 2005, within six (6) months of the mailing date of this letter.  If applicant does not respond within this time limit, the application will be abandoned.

 

Translation

 

Applicant must submit an English translation of all foreign wording in the mark.  37 C.F.R. §2.61(b); TMEP §809.  In the present case, the wording “HUANG” needs translating for the record.  The following translation statement is suggested:  “The English translation of the word HUANG in the mark is YELLOW.”
