The assigned examining attorney has reviewed the referenced application and determined the following.
Search Results
The examining attorney has searched the Office records and has found no similar registered or pending mark which would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. §1052(d). TMEP §704.02.
Identification of Goods
The current wording used to describe the goods needs clarification because it is indefinite. it is indefinite. Applicant must amend this wording to specify the common commercial or generic name for the goods. If there is no common commercial or generic name for the goods, then applicant must describe the nature of the goods as well as their main purpose, channels of trade, and the intended consumer(s). TMEP §1402.01. Applicant may adopt the following identification of goods, if accurate:
“non-woven polyester facing for further use in the further manufacture and finishing of plastic laminate constructions, namely, [specify] ” in Class 17; and
“textiles and textile goods, namely, [specify]; non-woven textiles, namely, a semi-finished [specify] on a roll for further industrial processing and/or processing” in Class 24.
Please note that, while an application may be amended to clarify or limit the identification, additions to the identification are not permitted. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); TMEP §1402.06. Therefore, the applicant may not amend to include any goods that are not within the scope of goods set forth in the present identification.

Significance of Mark
