MISCELLANEOUS STATEMENT	In response to the issues raised by the Examining Attorney in his office action of August 23 and December 5, 2005, Applicant advises that LAMURA does not have significance in relation to the goods apart from trademark significance. A specimen of use and accompanying declaration will be made of record via a supplemental communication to follow this amendment. In the meantime, Applicant kindly requests reconsideration and withdrawal of the citation of a potential refusal under Section 2(d).
