Subject to Concurrent Use with La Tapatia Norcal, Inc., a corporation of California, doing business at 23423 Cabot Blvd. Hayward, CA.  Applicant claims exclusive right to use the mark in the area comprising the entire United States except that part of the State of California north of a line generally described as beginning at the California/Nevada state line and running due west from the Nevada border to the intersection of state Highway 99 and Monte Vista Avenue, then in a generally southwest direction in a straight line to the intersection of Interstate Highway 5 and Fink Road, then in a generally southeast direction along Highway 5, then due west through the  intersection of county Road G13 and State Highway 25 to the Pacific Ocean; and the City of Turlock, California, as is now and hereafter legally bounded.
