The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:
Class 11: Thermoelectric heating and/or cooling apparatus for sensing and controlling temperature in a variety of applications including mattresses, seat cushions, helmets and clothing

The applicant is an individual and signed the application in his capacity as an individual. Applicant is not doing business as a sole proprietorship.

Applicant must submit a new drawing showing the entire mark clearly and conforming to 37 C.F.R. §2.52. The current drawing is not acceptable because part of the mark has been unintentionally misspelled. As such, its publication will not comprise an accurate representation of the mark as it is intended to be used.
