RESPONSE
This is in response to the Office Action issued in the referenced matter, which was mailed via first-class mail on July 7, 2005.
AMENDMENT
Please amend the goods in the application by substituting the following descriptions:
Class 3: Perfumes, colognes, toilet water, fragrances for personal use, scented non-medicated bath and shower oils, gels and salts, hand and body scented soaps, essential oils for personal use; fragrance room sprays and gels; skin care lotions, creams and gels; and body wash.
Please note the following in the Application:
ROBERT PIGUET does not identify a living individual and Applicant is the owner of U.S. Registration No. 1304542.
This application uses the French words "futur de", the English translation as defined by the website french-linguistics.co.uk/dictionary is future of.
CONCLUSION
In light of the foregoing, Applicant respectfully submits that it has responded to the matters raised by the Examining Attorney in the cited Office Action and respectfully requests that its application to register the mark be passed for publication at the earliest possible date.
