The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 3118778 FLORA (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://tess2.gov.uspto.report/ImageAgent/ImageAgentProxy?getImage=76619632) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING
Registrant seeks to correct the entity designation which appears in this registration. The proper registrant is Flora Manufacturing & Distributing, Ltd., a Canadian CORPORATION.  At all times prior to the filing the application which matured to this registration the registrant was a corporation.  It was never a “company” as shown in the registration.  The “company” designation was utilized in the prepared electronic form by the undersigned American trademark lawyer, who was unfamiliar with the designation “ltd.” and accordingly, misunderstood, and misstated the entity designation.  The Applicant’s President, at the time of the signing of the application, and at all times subsequent thereto and to the present, has been Thomas O. Greither.  Mr. Griether did not have his attention called to the mistaken designation, and it was overlooked upon the execution of the application by him.  It is submitted that such a change would not result in a requirement for republication and is expressly contemplated within the TMEP 1609.10(b) and 1201.02(c).
