U.S. Registration Number 3291332
The Section 7 New Certificate Request submitted on March 1, 2018 is not accepted for the reason(s) set forth below.
Registrant must correct the errors in assignment records with the Assignment Division. TMEP §§503.06 et seq. For information regarding recording assignments, name changes and mergers, please visit the webpage http://www.gov.uspto.report/web/trademarks/workflow/assign.htm and see TMEP §§503 et seq. For specific questions, please contact the Assignment Division at 571-272-3350. To expedite recordation, the owner is encouraged to file requests for recordation through the Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS) at http://etas.uspto.gov. There is a fee for recording ownership documents.
You must notify the undersigned paralegal when the corrected document has been submitted for recordation. The filing of a document with the Assignment Division does not extend the time period for responding to this Office action.
The owner must notify the undersigned paralegal when the ownership documents have been filed and/or recorded in the Assignment Division. The Section 7 New Certificate Request will then be processed.
If the wrong party filed the Section 7 New Certificate Request, then the current owner may file a new Section 7 New Certificate Request with a new fee.
The USPTO proposes to change federal trademark rules to require applicants and registrants to (1) file submissions concerning applications and registrations online using the USPTO’s Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and (2) provide and maintain an accurate email address for receiving correspondence from the USPTO. See the Mandatory Electronic Filing Rules webpage for more information.
