AMENDMENT(S) AUTHORIZED: As authorized by Mark Lambert Whipkey on July 7, 2005, the application is amended as noted below. The identification of goods in Class 2 is amended to read as follows:
Class 2
Paints, varnishes, lacquers; preservatives against rust and against deterioration of wood; colorants for use in the manufacture of paint, plastics, and inks; metals in foil and powder form for painters, decorators, printers and artists, in International Class 2.
