This letter responds to applicant’s Request for Reconsideration filed on May 30, 2006. In light of the following amended classification and identification of goods and recitation of services, the Section 2(d) refusal with respect to U.S. Registration Nos. 0758889 and 1073151 is WITHDRAWN.

CLASSIFICATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS/RECITATION OF SERVICES

The classification and identification of goods/recitation of services is amended to read as follows:

International Class 014: pet necklaces;

International Class 018: collars for pets; clothing for domestic pets, namely, coats, sweaters, hats and shoes; pet carriers;

International Class 026: hair ornaments; barrettes; hair clips; artificial flowers of plastic and textile for hair; ponytail holders; hair sticks; bobby pins; pet hair ornaments;

International Class 035: retail store services featuring pet jewelry; retail store services featuring pet outerwear, pet evening wear, pet athletic wear, pet active wear, and pet headwear.
