The post-registration examiner has refused to accept the Section 8 Affidavit because it was filed in the name of Iostudio, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company whereas the
registration is titled to Iostudio, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability corporation.
Apparently, when the application was filed the applicant, Iostudio, was listed as a Tennessee limited liability corporation when at all times it was a Tennessee limited liability company (see
attached). In fact, Tennessee does not have any entity that is designated as a limited liability corporation. It was simply a typographical error that Iostudio was listed as a corporation
rather than a company.
Accordingly, it is requested that the Section 8 be accepted.
