Additionally, Applicant provides the following COLOR CLAIM: Applicant claims the colors gold, blue and black as features of the mark. Further, and per the Examining Attorney's request, the description provided in the application as filed titled "Colors Claimed" should be renamed DESCRIPTION OF WHERE COLORS APPEAR IN THE MARK, as Applicant retains that description to describe where the colors appear in the mark. Moreover, Applicant provides the following CONCISE DESCRIPTION OF THE MARK as requested by the Examining Attorney: The mark consists of the design of a crescent moon surrounded by stars accompanied by the wording TERRAZZO DELLA LUNA. Finally, Applicant advises the Examining Attorney that a copy of its corresponding Italian registration, together with an English translation, will be submitted as soon as it becomes available.
