NOURISON is the trade name of the true owner of this registration, namely, Nourison Industries, Inc. A good faith error was made by the applicant when it listed "NOURISON" as the applicant. Nourison Industries, Inc. respectfully requests that the owner of the INDIA HOUSE registration be changed from NOURISON to Nourison Industries, Inc. and that a new Certificate be issued identiying Nourison Insdutries, Inc., a New York corporation with an address at 5 Sampson Street, Saddle Brook, New Jersey 07663 as the owner.
