The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 3019251 THOMPSON(Standard Characters, see http://tess2.gov.uspto.report/ImageAgent/ImageAgentProxy?getImage=76591077) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING

Along with this request for amendment, the registrant is filing a Combined Declaration of Use and Incontestability under Sections 8 and 15 to maintain the registration.  However, the registrant requests that its entity status be amended to indicate that it is a limited liability company—not, as presently indicated, a limited liability “corporation”—organized under the laws of the State of Ohio.  Williams Healthcare Systems LLC is and has always been an Ohio limited liability company.  There is no Ohio corporation named Williams Healthcare Systems LLC and could not be, as the acronym “LLC” stands for “limited liability company.”  The registrant's prior trademark counsel incorrectly identified the registrant as an Ohio limited liability “corporation” when filing the application for this mark.  TMEP Sec. 1201.02(c) permits the correction of the name of a non-existent entity.
