In response to the Post Registration Office Action issued on June 15, 2011, Registrant submits herewith a copy of the Trademark Assignment Abstract of Title, which establishes Landscape Brands, Inc. as the owner of the subject registration.  Registrant respectfully requests that the PTO approve its Sections 8 & 15 Combined Affidavit, which was previously submitted on April 21, 2011.  In the event that the PTO has any further questions, the Registrant requests that the PTO contact its attorney, Kirk A.
