ConAgra Foods RDM, Inc. (the filer) did not appear to have a clear chain of title, and that the owner of record was ConAgra Brands, Inc. In fact, effective May 28, 2007, ConAgra Brands, Inc. merged
into ConAgra Foods RDM, Inc. The merger was recorded with the USPTO on August 31, 2007, at Reel/Frame 3612/0909. Therefore, ConAgra Foods RDM, Inc. has a clear chain of title for Trademark
Application No. 76/588,856. |
