If the required item(s) are not received on or before the expiration of the thirty-day period, the petition will be denied, without consideration on the merits and the application will remain abandoned. 37 C.F.R. §2.66.
Although you filed a statement of use with the petition, the $150.00 fee ($150 per class) for the first extension request must be paid. A petition filed with a statement of use must include the fees for any extension requests that the applicant should have filed if the application had never been abandoned.
